RETURN POLICY

 

Due to the variability of each individuals neurochemistry, we cannot guarantee desired effectiveness.  We guarantee only the quality and condition of our products.

 

1.  We accept returns on unopened product, with safety seals intact

2.  Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

3.  Product specials are not eligible for credit returns or exchanges

4.  Customers returning product are responsible for all return postage.

5.  There is a 20 percent restocking fee.

6.  Shipping charges will be refunded only if the error was made at NGI.

7.  Enclose a copy of the invoice with returned item.
