NeuBecalm'd chewable tablets are best if used on an empty stomach. If this causes stomach distress then some carbohydrate, in addition to the tablet, is recommended.

To best achieve sub-lingual absorption it is recommended that it be chewed into very fine granules and kept in the mouth for up to two minutes before swallowing.

Premature swallowing or inadequate chewing of the tablet may result in slightly diminished effect as compared to dissolving the tablet in the mouth.

NeuBecalm'd chewable tablets are formulated at approximately one half the typical capsule strength. Post respective reports from users have confirmed that this dose appears equivalent and adequate, probably due to sub-lingual absorption of the active ingredients. Directions for use:
